I'm a fine art and documentary photographer located in Washington, D.C. I am a graduate of the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design New Media Photojournalism Master's program and am excited to continue building my portfolio.
I often incorporate large format film into my photographic practice. My recent work explores the relationship between veterinary medicine and mental health, the preservation of the history of craft arts, and the connection between outdoor recreation and the environment.
Born and raised in Michigan, I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Bowling Green State University In Ohio. Post-grad I spent four years in Charleston, West Virginia working at the Juliet Art Museum and discovering my love for rock climbing.
Much of my past work explores the connection between family, Identity and place.
